There is Free Shipping for all orders over $50, for all orders under $50 we offer shipping for a flat rate charge of $7.99. If you would like your order expedited, then be sure to select your expedited option when checking out. For faster shipping, you may choose to ship your package to an office or business location and enter your business name in the company field on the checkout page, and you will have an Estimated arrival time of 2 days instead of 3 days. Our Products leave our facility frozen, and we make our best effort to get the products to our customer as timely as we can.  We ship from Monroe, NY 10950. We ship at this time throughout US only (Products are available in Canada and UK, email for location) In order to avoid Products being held over the weekend in transit, we only ship Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, [When we do ship 3 day Zones Ground or UPS 3-Day Select we will not ship them on Wednesday only on Monday or Tuesday] orders placed until 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped same day or latest the following day (With exception on sample packs depending on availability due to the overwhelming respond), Any destination in our UPS Ground 1 or 2 day Zone can be shipped UPS Ground and depending on the distance will be delivered between 1 to 2 Business days Any destination Beyond our 2 day zone can only be shipped 2nd Day or Overnight. (PLEASE NOTE when weather allows we also offer UPS 3-Day Select that is cheaper then 2nd Day or overnight however UPS 3-Day Select only ships Monday and Tuesday.)


                        

Product Condition
Katz Gluten Free Baked Goods may arrive Frozen or thawed as long as it is in transit no longer then 3 days it should be great.
Please make every effort to place frozen items in the freezer as quickly as possible.
 
Return Policy
All orders are final we cannot accept any returns

Damage
Please note shipping baked goods risk damage due to the volume of movement during transportation via the carrier, we are not responsible for damage during transportation.

If a package is physically damaged upon arrival please make driver aware and do not accept package make sure driver marks it damaged and please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier.
