I was recently diagnosed with Celiac and GF now for 2 months! I was looking for a cookie that I can have that wasn't too sweet, but tasty for those little urges. This cookie meets the needs and was a perfect substitute for the gluten cookies I used eat. It is so good, that I won't share with my family that can eat gluten. :) Highly recommend these cookies.
