Believe me, I have tried others, but this is hands-down the BEST! Definitely very fudgy and super moist. My one son thought it was too rich and a bit grainy, but my older son commented that this is the best gf product we have ever had! Thank you!

Katz Gluten Free does it again! We made cupcakes with the mix and they were sooo good. There's a definite brownie taste to them but I love that. They freeze well too. Fifteen seconds in the microwave and they're thawed and taste like they've just come out of the oven. Love them!

I recently ordered the chocolate fudge cake mix as well as the vanilla cake mix.
While they both tasted great (though I personally preferred the chocolate - it had a less chewy texture), my opinion is swayed because although the box was intact, all three bags were open when I received my shipment. One had opened so much that the cake mix got all over, and the other two had tiny openings in the bottom. This is part of the reason I have already tried both flavors; I made and baked them ASAP!
Good product, just in need of a better way to get it to your door.

This was my first time baking a gluten-free cake from a cake mix. I have to say, it was super yummy! The cake came out so moist and almost brownie-like. I've had gluten-free desserts before that just fell to pieces. This cake sticks together and serves wonderfully from pan to plate. I'll definitely buy this again and suggest that you do too!
