Tasty Coffee Cake

This little bundt cake is quite tasty. The cake itself isn't too strong, but the icing has a prominent coffee flavor. My kids and I split this over 2 days, so got 8 servings out of it. It doesn't seem to have been frozen and thawed, but maintains a nice (but not soggy) texture.

Bought two of these when on sale - great way to try it inexpensively ~ thank you, Mrs. Katz! It's so moist and very delish. Will definitely purchase it again.

I purchased this cake for a gluten free dessert option when attending a brunch with other friends. It was so moist and yummy. Even my non gluten free friends enjoyed it!
