I'm not a huge fan of crunchy cookies, but these are spectacular! Perfect spices and texture. They do not taste gluten free. I had to stop myself from eating the entire package in one sitting.

I have liked gingersnap cookies since I was a very little girl.
This cookie has the right ingredients and is super delicious and has the right amount of ginger in it.
