My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed this delicious bread. Even the children loved it.
It had a unique taste and wonderful texture -- not at all like other gluten-free bread I have had. This was flavorful and moist -- and it will be at my holiday table again next year -- and in between too!

It was very moist and tasted a little sweet, like a brioche. I bought it for a big family reunion and it was by all. It is extremely large, like for a party of 20-30. I wish there would be a smaller version that was also corn free to accommodate all the various eating requirements in my family. The leftovers went for some very nice (parave) French toast.
