I Bought these rolls as a substitute for my wife's homemade Challah, although nothing really is as homemade high gluten challah, however these rolls were the second best. they have a fresh soft texture, tasting semi-sweet bridging the gap between challah and cake. i enjoy it by my shabbos seuda. it is not the type of roll that goes especially well with spicy dips since there is that sweetness to it, but to most dips this goes very well. definetley recommend !
