This crust provides a solid foundation for a homemade GF pizza. While I prefer a thinner, crispier crust, this one did have a fairly good pizza crust chewiness. Next time I might toast it a bit longer with no toppings. In terms of flavor, the crust happily lacked the sometimes strange GF twang (to which my brother is very sensitive to) - allowing pizza toppings to shine without competition

The crust was fantastic, flaky and was very tasty. My kids really enjoyed making their own individual pizzas.

A little bit smaller than what I expected but not bad for a personal size pizza. It has a good texture and reminds me more of pan fry bread. I also ate this as a flat bread with regular sandwich toppings and rolled it up. It worked great and the flavor was really good as some GF crust flavors can really be overbearing, this one is a good complement.

My son is allergic to a lot of food including wheat and eggs. This is his favorite lunch! He eats it every day and loves it. Thanks for making such a great product.
