These make great hamburger buns, especially lightly toasted. We've been GF for a few years and these are the best buns we've had.

Since going GF, we've missed having BBQ sandwiches, hamburgers, etc because of not having a good bun. PROBLEM SOLVED! My family really enjoys these buns. They are soft and don't just crumble like many other GF products.

if you are looking for a real challah this is not the best substitute. we are still looking for a great gf alternative for challah

I tried these with sweet potato burgers and they are so good! The texture (soft) and flavor (subtle, but sweet) rivals my old gluten rolls. I will definitely be ordering more!

These rolls are OK. They fill the void, but I won't be dreaming about them. My son said they were good with lots of butter. I just can't find a bread that I love, I will keep searching. They are pretty good though. Generous size perfect for a big pulled pork sandwich.

I have been trying GF bread for over a year now and have found Katz to be one of the best. I keep mine in the freezer as stated and microwave when I want one. They stay moist and super soft!

I was glad to find another tasty option for sandwichs and burgers at a reasonable price. I got it just in time for my daughter suprise birthday part and was able to enjoy a pull pork sandwich with everybody else. I also used it to make french toast and let me tell you it was yummy time 10. Thanks Katz!!!
