I love these for making biscuits and gravy or for strawberry short cake. They seem more like a large biscuit to me than a roll though. Tasty and work well with breakfast.

BEST sandwich rolls around!	February 14, 2012

I lightly toasted these to have as a sandwich and as a compliment to breakfast foods, and either way this is a great item! It's also good like a mini-pizza. Unlike competitors, the roll stays together vs. falling apart while taking a bite. It is low in sodium and still tastes delicious. Love this and have it on my next list!

A bit difficult to slice in two - but creative cutting did the job. Makes a nice sandwich.

I have a daugther who is very sensitive to any wheat product. This limits her to many things that others take for granted. So it is nice that I can go to your site anytime and purchase idems that can put a smile on her face. She love the variety which makes her life so much more enjoyable!

The sandwich "rolls" are an answer to mundane gluten free bread sandwiches! I have all kinds of plans for making something different and appealing using these delicious rolls...pannini, filled sandwiches using chicken salad, egg salad, pimiento cheese , the possibilities are endless!
