This bread is truley exellent! It tastes so good right from the bad before I spread peanut butter on it. It is the only gluten free bread that has all the qualities of gluten bread. I loved every bite! It freezes well and keeps its quality. Yum!

I really enjoyed the bread and it toasted great. I haven't tried to do a lot with it, but so far it has performed wonderfully, I love the toast and I will admit have not gotten past that. I have eaten over half just on toast! I do like my toast though and it is one thing I have missed being gluten free now. It is nice for breakfast with some nice eggs. Really great.

This bread has a very good taste but it is so dry and doesn't last very long. It is better then some of the other bread I have tasted and it tastes awesome toasted wtih peanut butter on it but I wish it had a longer shelf life.

This is a really nice textured bread. The only complaint is when is someone going to come out with a loaf that has a slice that is big enough for a nice size sandwich.
The slices are very small which sometimes takes two sandwiches to make a good lunch

Delicious as per usual. However I found out on my visit to VA that in the heat and humidity it can't be left out too long because of spoilage
