The best whole grain that I have found.  Great as toast; but, equally good as a sandwich bread.  I happen to like a bread with texture. When my family and friends enjoy an artisian bread for dipping  into olive oil, garlic and grated cheese as an appetizer, I can join them as this bread stands up to the task without crumbling.

The  Katz whole grain bread is really nice with butter or margarine.  I toast it lightly for my breakfast.  It tastes very nutritious and is quite filling.
