Excellent cookies....There is a lot in the pack so they got a little hard before she could eat them all but I think that would happen with non gluten free cookies as well. Overall- the cookies tasted great and had a smooth texture so that my daughter says they don't taste gluten free at all. Only thing that would make them better is if they stayed fresh and soft for a bit longer. Great job Katz!!!

My 9 year old, and I have celiac.   While my husband and 5 year old do not.    Most of what we eat in the house is gluten free, but some gf items like cookies I reserve usually just for my celiac son, as my other son can eat any kind..... when these cookies came in last week - it was a fight to the finish!  My celiac did NOT want to share, and when I finally gave it to my non-gf son .... he wanted more, and didn't want his own cookies anymore!  These were a hit! I wish they came in a larger package so that I can purchase them in bulk!

My 2 year old has Celiac Disease and is also dairy intolerant and I don't always have time to bake so thank you so very much for making a delicious, kid friendly product that I can keep in the fridge for special occasions!  They look just like a 'regular' kids cookie that one would purchase from the bakery at a grocery store but tastes 100 times better and is free of the three allergens my family has to avoid.  I can't thank you enough for these.

My whole family has celiac. My mom has been trying to find REAL sugar cookies WITH SPRINKLES everywhere! She came in the car and we all ate the whole box of cookies in 5 minutes tops! She went back into the store and bought the rest of them! We are waiting for their next shipment.They taste homemade,non grainy and sugar free like all the other gf cookies out there! You can taste the real vanilla in the cookie and it melts in your mouth! My family are cookie-holics and didnt know they had celiac for 35 years so they know what a real good cookie tastes like! So if they love them you know they have to be good! Not to mention the low price for a good gf cookie! I payed $7 for a piece of gf cake the other days and thats crazy!Keep the sprinkles. The kids think they are cool! Its hard when the kids take sprinkle cookies to school from the local grocery store and they have to take ones that not only taste gross but look gross! So keep making these cookies! I love them! We all love them!
