I am so thankful for these great cupcakes! I let them thaw at room temp for about 15 minutes and then nuke them for maybe 10 seconds. Perfect!

My hubby and I have people over for coffee a couple of times a month and now I can have my own GF treat while all the others (who do not have gluten problems) can eat what they want. I don't need to feel deprived any longer.

I'm always trying to feed my boyfriend gluten-free products (though he can eat anything) and he's usually very resistant and considers most things poor imitations.... when he tried this, he said it might be the best chocolate muffin/cup cake he's EVER had!!! Crisp on top, moist inside, flavorful, with no hint of sub-par imitation!

I bought these for my daughter after she tried one in your sample pack. She loves them!! I can't eat chocolate, however they smell fantastic. My 10 yr old loves your desserts, too, and he isn't on a GF restriction. HIGHLY recommend (per my girl)!
