Awful! No jelly in them. It was as if there was some purple food coloring inside to make it look like jelly. The dough was colored but there wasn't any jelly. Just a round blob of dough.

It's been awhile since I could enjoy the traditional Fat Tuesday Paczi and now I've got the perfect gluten free replacement with the Katz Jelly Donuts. Happiness:)
Katz jelly donuts are alot heathier and less fattening than the traditional paczi, too!

I wanted to buy gluten-free donuts for me and my boyfriend for Valentine's day. Since going gluten-free, we miss donuts the most, especially because it's so hard to find a good-quality and reasonably priced gluten-free donut (if you can find one at all).

When I found Katz, I was excited about the price for their donuts, but was worried that the donuts would be poor quality. When we received the jelly donuts, my fears were PUT TO REST. They were moist, flavorful, the jelly was AMAZING. And I was pleasantly surprised to see on the nutrition label how little sugar was in them, especially considering the excellent taste!

I recommend these donuts. I recommend Katz as a brand as well.

This was really the only product I've tried I was slightly disappointed with. The jelly gets absorbed into the donut so there's not much there. The powdered sugar is almost gone after thawing. The donut itself is good (very large round ball). I was much happier with the custard ones.

Like with the custard donut, the jelly donut is also dry and disappointing in flavor. The jelly filling is scant, too little to help the donut along. It doesn't taste overly sweet or fruity, but more like another reader suggested... a fake flavored filling.

These jelly donuts were disappointing. The large ball size makes it difficult to eat, and the jelly has a potpourri flavor. However, the donut minus the jelly was good! Suggestions would be to use a different jelly and to reshape the donut for easy bites instead of mouth gaping chunks.
