Katz sample pack is worth every penny for the quantity of food you can sample. Each sample is individually wrapped in clear plastic and labeled. The quality of the bread slices are excellent and indistinguishable in taste and texture from wheat bread. I like thinly sliced bread, which they were. I received marble cake, which was also really good.  However, the cookie tasted a little industrial made. It's a wonderful way to sample the different products and find out what you like, or have enough variety to put on a gf tea without having to buy mass quantities of different products.

These are the most wonderful donuts I've ever had!!!!!! They are a great size and leave no after taste. I haven't tried everything yet, but I also love the cookies and the bread. I have never had gluten-free food that has tasted so good. Nothing was grainy feeling in my mouth. It really does taste like "normal" food.
Thanks so much for the sampler and the donuts, and the cookies and the bread!!!!!

The cupcakes taste pretty much like real ones.
The cookies, a bit dry, but not too bad.  The rugualah, quite good~close to regular, the english muffin, kindof spongy + not much taste, the rolls, dry.  The chocolate loaf is tasty and moist.

Wow, what a great selection of products.  My daughter and I both have to eat gf now and we really loved sharing this sample pack and trying all the great food.  She's in college and I'm planning to send the chocolate cupcakes to her in a care package for finals week!  Thank you for such a great selection of products to try...and it's FREE!  Great products.

I tried the sampler and was reasonably impressed.  The breads were okay.  The white bread, in particular, tastes more like homemade bread as opposed to bagged bread.  Some people prefer one taste to the other.  The breads are best when warmed.  The sweets, on the other hand, were great.  The chocolate muffin was one of the best I've had.  The texture was almost perfect, very much like real chocolate cake.  The doughnut really surprised me though.  After microwaving it, it actually tasted and had a texture like a real doughnut - not a fresh one - but still very much like an actual doughnut.  You need to get it really good and hot though for the texture to be right.  If only lukewarm, it has a cakey texture, so get it really hot!  I ended up ordering more bread, muffins, and doughnuts based on this sampler.
