Tried this for the first time...not as moist or flavorful as the regular GF challah from Katz, but certainly better than most. We liked that it was whole when we used it for the blessing.

I was pleased with this bread--it was great on its own, thinly sliced. It didn't need to be toasted or slathered with anything to taste good. When I made a grilled cheese with it, it took on a sweeter, more cornbread-like taste. It didn't keep too long, so I recommend using it quickly.

I was shocked that the Rice Challah was so light and flavorful! Most gluten free breads I try are dense as doorstops. The Rice Challah is exactly like "regular" challah; a real treat!
