The challa bread is delicious. My 3 year old is celiac and i was having a really hard time finding a bread that he would eat as he is a very picky eater. someone suggested I try the challa bread. wonder of wonders he really loved it. It is what he takes to school every day as well as what he eats almost every night for supper! It does not need toasting to taste good and also holds together and DOESN'T TASTE LIKE CARDBOARD!!!

Hello Katz Bakers and Friends -
I love the Challah bread because it is softer than most GF breads and works well for "deli" sandwiches.
Since having some recent challenges with other foods, I also found that the Katz GF Challah is the best bread for my digestive system and overall health.
