These cupcakes are tasty and didn't seem dry to me. I like to pour warm berries over them or top them with a dollop of dairy-free ice cream.

For every birthday party, I keep a can of frosting and sprinkes in my pantry. I keep a pack of these cupcakes in my freezer.
I nuke the cupcake, let it cool. frost it, sprinkle it and instant birthday party food.
