day, and you deserve to know how impressed I was with your products. The
tastes and textures were incomparable to all other prepared goods that

I have always been a Udi's customer but I have to say...this
bread takes the cake, as it were. It's amazing and it's amazing not toasted,
which is impressive. Every other product that I've tried has also been really
great. I am moving to a new area in a couple of months and I intend to take

tried several of the Katz gluten free bread and baked products. They
are absolutely delicious. The texture of the challah bread reminds me of
banana bread. It is moist and has a sweet nutty taste. The coffee cake
and rugelach are absolutely wonderful. I used the bread and Daiya
cheddar cheese shreds to make the first grilled cheese sandwich I've had
in probably 10 years. Correction - I made 2 - one wasn't enough. I made
my most favorite sandwich on the challah - chicken salad and it was
delicious. I wish there was an outlet to purchase this bread in the
north Dallas area -Actually am working on trying to convince a few
stores to carry it. I think this bread is superior to the Udi brand. I
find it more moist and fluffy and sweet tasting. I guess I will just be
ordering it on line since I prefer it over the available Udi brand.will
you please sell at either Mothers Market in Costa Mesa CA or Whole Foods
in Tustin California your food looks amazing!

was diagnosed with celiac disease about 4 years ago. My mother was
diagnosed about 25 years ago. Since my diagnosis, I have tried just
about every gluten free bread I could find, as has my Mom. I recently
purchased a package of your Whole Grain Bread at Health Nuts and served
it to my Mom. She exclaimed how delicious it was and how it was the best
bread she ever tasted. I second that sentiment. It is truly divine. I
have not yet sampled any of your other products, but will surely do so.

glad to give you feedback on them. First of all, prior to this bread,
the only other gluten-free bread item I would eat is an English muffin
sold by Trader Joe's. All the GF loaves of bread I had tried have not
been very good tasting. A cousin of mine introduced me to the Katz
challah loaf and I thought it was excellent. My order of last Tuesday
(of white and wholesome) was my first and I am using them as needed out
of the freezer. I'm not sure what kind of detail you're looking
for...the Katz loaf has a texture and taste that is close enough to
wheat bread to make me want to use it in ways I did before. For
example, until yesterday I hadn't had a grilled cheese sandwich in over a
year. The one I had yesterday was on the white bread slices and it was
delicious. Even the smell is pretty close to some Italian wheat loaves
I used to like a lot. I've tried all three types (white, wholesome, and
challah) at this point, and I would make toast or sandwiches with any
of them. I look forward to bringing out old recipes that had been put
away because they used bread and enjoying them once more. Thanks again

just attended a steering committee meeting for our Celiac group last
night at Felix and Oscar's Pizza Restaurant. Everyone else ordered
gluten free pizza, but I opted to bring your large challah buns and have
the restaurant prepare their char broiled burgers with them so I could
share with everyone how wonderful they are. You wouldn't believe the
awesome raves they received. I have to say, the gluten free pizza
definitely took second place last night. As a matter of fact, I have a
couple of emails to answer from attendees who didn't take notes asking
me to spell out exactly what the brand and name was and where they could
get them. I can hardly wait to try the small challah dinner rolls. I
have been cooking and baking gluten free for over 20 years for my
husband and family and this is by far the best product I've ever seen.
The first sandwich I fixed my husband on the large challah roll was a
plain old hot dog. He took one bite and looked up at me and said, "are
you absolutely sure this is gluten free?"

What a great tasting product line from Katz Gluten Free. I just
returned from attending a WV Gluten Intolerance Group Meeting today
(March 13, 2010) hosted by Mrs. Karen Daniel. (West Virginia Gluten
Intolerance Group Leader) The Healthy Life Market Store located in
Barboursville, WV was the location for our meeting. Mrs. Daniel had
received a great sample mix of the Katz Gluten Free product line for all
of us to sample during our meeting. I enjoyed everything that I
tasted, especially the Katz Gluten Free White Bread and the Marble Cake
As you can see I enjoyed the samples which you supplied our Intolerance
Group with. I have had Celiac Disease for most of my life and it is
hard to find good tasting Gluten Free products such as the ones I
sampled from your company today.

your product quite by accident in only one local health food store. I
was told by the manager that you are changing distributors in the
Montreal area, and that they have no idea who might be providing them
with your products. Needless to say I bought out the store on my second
visit. I've tried your breads.....they are fantastic! They taste, feel

having been found allergic to wheat some 13 yrs ago and remembering the

Hiller's, one of our local supermarket chains, has just started to
carry your gluten-free cinnamon Rugelech and I purchased a box on Mon,
11/9. They are absolutely yummy; I purchased their four remaining boxes

Kashrus Magazine. I saw your ad Thursday night and went Friday to our
local kosher market, R&R produce, and thank God they had it in

have been using your large challah rolls for several years. They taste
superb!! Even more important, they do not crumble when used as a base
for a sandwich or as a hamburger bun. Yours is the ONLY gluten free
product I have tried with this quality. I have a suggestion for a new
product. Could you use the Challah roll recipe without the sesame seeds
to bake a long thin roll which can be used as a hot dog bun?

like the rolls I used to get at Debra's from Walk On Water bakery in

just don't know where to begin. Thank you for helping make our celiac
support group meeting a wonderful success. All 26 members who attended
last night's meeting just raved about your breads, cake, and cookies.
The biggest hit was the challah (both bread and rolls). Since I had some
of your brochures available, everyone went home with one. I expect that
Bassett's Health Food Store in Toledo will have an increase in requests
for Katz's products (I'm still trying to get Kroger's interested).
There
were several members who had never tasted Katz's breads before. They
had been turned off by the quality and taste of most of the GF breads
they had tried. They just couldn't believe that what they were eating
was gluten free. All went home happy with either rolls or slices of
challah, along with your cookies, pieces of cake and rugelach. A real

I just tried out your gluten-free marble cake - and I really cannot
tell the difference between it and the gluten cake (neither can my mom,
who is not gluten-intolerant)! Another big plus is that one can actually
enjoy the simply thawed cake - with no need to warm the cake before
consuming it! Most other cakes are crumbly when thawed and not toasted
or heated - but not yours! Thank you for making such a wonderful
