It's definitely wonderful tasting bread, but being that i haven't read all the ingredients that's in it and pretty much all your breads is that it has apple cider vinegar which really tears up my stomach especially with having acid reflux, diverticulosis. So, with that being the case I can't have any of your breads as the apple cider vinegar bothers me too much. But that doesn't keep me from purchasing any of your other items.

Tried several other brands and Katz came in first especially toasted.

I think the crust is a bit hard and the loaf is small, but that's to be expected with GF bread. Overall, real good bread, probably my favorite.

Very good. I have tried so many GF breads this one does not make me cough from bread crumbs. Nicely sliced not too thick. Really like this bread.

The bread is thick, sliced and toasted up really well. It tastes great, and would recommend to celiac.
