Perfect bread to ship where you're traveling!

I went on a 2 1/2 week business trip to Texas and Florida and could only take clothes and business essentials. I shipped this bread to an address in TX and it arrived perfect. It was a main stay for my time and unfortunately ran out before I continued to FL.

Just like stale bread

The bread was hard, just like it was stale before it was frozen. The taste was good but the fact that it was so hard I would never buy it again. The bread was put in the freezer the day I received it so wasn't because I left it out for a while. Just a note, I also bought a loaf of the white bread and that seemed to be fine.

It works

My 8 year old son loves to have bread that he can pop into the toaster or microwave and then make himself a sandwich. This gives him food without my needing to make gluten free bread daily. Personally, I find the whole grain bread a tad dry and I don't really want to finish it. I probably would like their other options better but my diet is too limited. So my son loves this bread, but I pass on it. So in our family its a 3/5.
