The most wonderful delicious apple pie ! Just love Katz Bakery. My husband had some with me and could not believe it was gluten free..said it was the best apple pie hes ever had! Thank you for a superior product....

Fabulous gluten-free pie!

The gluten-free apple pie from Katz Gluten Free pretty much tastes like a regular apple pie with gluten in it. The filling is wonderful, but most importantly to me, the crust tastes like a pie crust. It doesn't taste like cardboard or bland rice flour or anything else unappealing. It just taste like a normal pie crust - and a very good one at that!

This pie is just as good as any frozen apple pie they sell at the grocery store. The taste is good and it's easy to fix. My only issue with this (and general gluten-free eating) is that in my previous glutenous life, I would have never bought a plain apple pie. I used to get the dutch apple pies, but I haven't found any that are gluten-free.
