All our products are Shehakol except for our oat bread products which is Hamotzi and our oatmeal creme pies which is Mazonot.

Only our Oat Bread and Oat Rolls are Hamotzi because they contain more than 50% oat flour.

The shiur are as following:

Oat Bread:

• Kebeytza: 2 Slices
• Kezayis: 1 Slice

Oar Rolls:

• Kebeytza: 1 roll
• Kezayis: 1/2 roll

Our sliced Challah and other breads are Shehakol.

While our products are gluten-free our facility is not certified Kosher for Passover.
