You could serve this to your friends who don't have celiac and they'd still think it was delicious rugelech. An excellent dessert, snack, or breakfast!

This is so good I have to hide it from my very picky non-Gfree boys. We all LOVE the warm cinnamon swirled into a tender flaky crust. Not too sweet, not too hot, not the SLIGHTEST bit greasy - just so incredibly yummy, it's comfort food at its best!
