I saw the Cinnamon Rugelech at Whole Foods and decided to try it. Wow! was I pleased. This was the best gluten-free pastry I had ever tasted. It reminded me of the cinnamon roll-ups that my mother and I made with the left over pie-crust dough--so fresh and light. Now the Katz rugelech is a staple in the refigerator at home and at work.
