I've had horrible experiences with gf bread before, which led me to not want to eat bread. I was nervous about trying this, but I was so shocked when the bread DID NOT turn to dust in my mouth. It has a great flavor, and doesn't crumble so much. Thank you!! I cannot say that enough, in the beginning going gluten free felt like a death sentence, but now I feel I can live without so much worry. Thank you!

Awesome Bread, Finally!

WOW! Very tasty on its own, nice texture and slightly sweet. No hints of graininess, slight chewiness that is pleasant. Good thickness. Tasty, and nice.This is a great price for a loaf of GF bread, and if I am unable to make my own bread due to other obligations, I will definitely be glad to substitute this for a slice of mine. I will be buying this again, and just wish that my local grocer would carry it!

I love the taste and texture of this bread. It really stays well in the frig and doesn't dry out between making a sandwich in the morning and getting to eat it at lunch

Sliced Challah bread

Challah was very good. Texture was good, not crumbly or gritty. Would have preferred the slices to be a little larger but otherwise, really enjoyed it.
