Great Toasted! Keeps better if refrigerated or kept frozen. I am now able to have sandwiches, jelly & toast, sloppy joes...etc Again!!! Texture and taste of the white bread is the best out of the other katz breads and doesn't fall apart:)

white sandwich bread

My 8 year old autistic boy is severely allergic to gluten... to the point of hospitalization everytime he accidentally eats wheat. I have tried every gluten free bread and recipe and mix I can find. he doesn't like any of them very well.
He LOVES every Katz product, including the softest gluten free white bread I have ever found. Thanks for your great recipes... everything is deliscious. and the chocolate cupcakes are the first thing that made him reach out a grab for something... he loves them. Never a crumb left behind with all of your samples, either.
