These are delicious. Apple cider donuts were always my favorite treat at fall festivals. These gluten free versions are just as good. However, If you are looking for a strong apple flavor, you may be disappointed. I have never found any apple cider donuts to taste like apples. They taste like the cinnamon and warm fall spices that flavor the cider. And that is exactly what these donuts deliver. So good!
